Return & Exhange for Non-Custom Items:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange non-customized items within 15 days of receipt. This will be determined by delivery date according to the shipping provider. To be eligible for a return we must receive the item(s) within this 15-day window.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
Please note that we do not accept international returns at this time.
Custom Order Returns:
Due to the custom nature of personlized items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. Each personalized item is made uniquely for you and would not be eligible for resale. We are, however, committed to your satisfaction and if the error is with spelling, or incorrect understanding of your personalization request, we will work to make it right. Please work with our customer service team to address this issue (customerservice@thekreativeklub.com).
Kindly acknowledge that for tshirts, sweatshirts, totes, and hats, your order is sent to print once payment is received, so if you notice an error in your request, please immediately email our customer service team so we can rectify the order before printing it. If the item is sent to print prior to your email, the custom orders returns rule applies.
Refunds:
Items purchased using promo codes or coupon codes are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refunded rate in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact customerservice@thekreativeklub.com for more information on how to proceed.
Store Credit:
We do not offer store credit at this time.
Exchange:
Exchanges will only be accepted for non-customized damaged items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the item is accepted for return, place a new order for the item you would like instead.
